Things to look out for:

2. Maintenance Steam Cleaning
a. Means that without an extra charge it won’t be cleaned

3. Free Demo
a. Is a free demo of a small section of your carpet leaving a small area of the carpet very clean. If you decide not to hire their services your left with a dirty carpet with a large clean spot in the middle of it.

4. Charges based solely on square footage (i.e. $0.20 or $0.30 a Sq Ft)
a. These rates can really add up for example a 15' X 25' room equals 375 sq. ft with a total charge of $112.50 for that single room.

Carpet cleaning is a labor intensive service type of industry and companies cannot survive on charging $9.95 per room. These companies must find other means of making more income by way of bait and switch tactics.

Therefore, if you decide not to hire our family beware of this common ploy.
