Steam Cleaning / Hot Water Extraction
Using the hot water extraction method, hot liquid is sprayed under pressure into your carpet pile and simultaneously vacuumed back out along with soils. The liquid is usually hot water containing a detergent or cleaning solution.
This method can remove the residue and detergent left behind from previous cleanings where another method was used and the detergents were not extracted.
This cleaning method can be performed with portable equipment but is more affected with the use of a Truck-Mounted System. The Truck-Mounted System allows the technician to heat water a high temperature activating a chemical reaction that helps attract soil from the fabric.
Many truck-mounted units are simply portable units bolted to into a truck and they lack the power need to deeply clean your carpeting. We use a system powered by the engine in the truck rather than wasting your electricity.

OUR POLICY ON MOVING FURNITURE
We will move most small common furniture as necessary at no additional charge. Furniture not moved include very large items like pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires etc.
If there is an extreme amount of furniture, or if there are things that are large or breakable, you are subject to an extra charge. Our technicians will not automatically charge you. They will inform you before moving the furniture, this way you have the option of refusing this service. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise our technicians about any special concerns you have about your furniture before they move it, such as weak legs, or loose parts.
