The most important thing for you to understand is that sometimes in the drying process, spots that look like they are gone can actually wick back to the surface. Since we have no control over this we will come back free of charge. If still you are not happy we will cheerfully refund your money up to 100% of the cost. We feel that nothing is more important than you being completely and totally satisfied.

On Time or We Pay You Guarantee
We understand how important your time is. If our technician doesn't show up within the 1.5 hour window we will pay you $1.00 for every minute he/she is late (up to 30-minutes).
